Gregory Perry

Gregory became very frustrated whilst buying an Italian property, many properties simply didn't meet their descriptions, sometimes the price would rise if an interest in buying was shown, estate agents would often fail to return calls or even turn up for viewings and a limited number of viewings led to many fruitless trips to eventually find the dream property. Gregory graduated in business studies with marketing specialisation and is a marketing professional and a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and has held senior marketing positions in industry both within the private and public sectors. Following his extensive experience, he decided to pass on his skills and expertise  to sixth form and degree level students and qualified to teach marketing and business studies. 

Gregory ensures that peritaliaproperty remains customer focused, efficient and exceeds customer satisfaction levels at all times.

Sandra Perry

peritaliaproperty originated out of Sandra's desire to establish a property search venture that offered professionalism, dedication, integrity and a personal service second to none. Married to Gregory, Sandra has widespread legal and management experience and also has experience in property sales negotiating for large national estate agents groups in the UK. She has also worked in the design industry, both graphic and interior. 

Sandra has an exceptional  know-how in both identifying a good investment and visualising how a  property's potential can be developed. 

Paolo Mancinelli 

Paolo is a valuable asset to the growing peritaliaproperty concern, he has specialist knowledge of the Region and has many, many contacts; he helps with property searches, research and creates good relationships with all parties involved in the property purchase. He has travelled extensively throughout the world and always longs to return to his beloved Italy. Paolo is married with a young son and originates and lives in the historic city of Jesi. 

Paolo is fluent in Italian, English, Spanish, Portuguese and French. He has specialist knowledge of the Region and has many local contacts.
